There are 2 type of room available in this large brand new renovation single house. One is private master room with private bathroom . Another 2 rooms are double cozy room with shared fashion newly bathroom in this gorgeous house with best location to anywhere.

high light 💡 bus stations just in front of the property : 113,76 can send you c-train access everywhere you want to go especially UC or SAIT, 3 bedrooms in this gorgeous single house, this is one of the room. 10 minutes to UC, sait, Downtown, Costco. bank, store, kinds restaurant , Starbucks, around this community. 5 minutes walking distance to 7-11. It’s ideal place for someone no car and best choice for UC, SAIT students without walking distance. It’s extremely convenient for international students
High light: great public transaction , 30 seconds away from home, 3 stops to U OF C, 5 STOPS TO SAIT.
There is a large front deck. you can relax and enjoy sunshine during your staying 😉
