Very spacious home on a quite street, with large flower gardens. Large driveway for cars to park. Stair chairlift for those who can't do stairs well, only to the second floor where the Green Serine Room and Golden Glow guests rooms are. Cycling bikes and motorcycles can be secured in the garage. Rest in the comfort of he two suite which are very spacious , quite and private. All beds have home made quilts by owner. Refresh yourself with a full home cooked breakfast, your time , your choices. I offer a menu to choose from. Guests love my homemade raspberry and strawberry jams. Relax in the backyard, have a second cup of coffee or wine by the pond. It is an oasis, very relaxing. Swing is on the pond deck, comfortable cushion chairs and coffee table on the back deck. large flower beds around the property. In town near several restaurants , Grocery store, and LCBO. The Toronto Motorsport Dragway Park and Jukasa Motor Speedway are both near by, as is Ruthven Park National Park. The Grand River is in walking distance. Dogs are welcomed, but guests must book the suites for space.
As I have lived here since 1974 and raised my family , I know the area well and have been running the B&B since 2002. I am very informative about activities and sites near by. I am involved with the Cayuga Chamber of Commerce. I am an active member of the South Coast B&B Association and was acting chair for 12 years, and know the owners of local nearby B&B's. I will assist you in any way to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. I am a member of the Federation of Ontario B&B , FOBBA, which governs B&B members with an inspection, and high standards to run a business. I have a business licence, and run a professional service. I take great pride in my home, and enjoy serving the public .
Toronto Motorsports Park, Cayuga is only 7 minutes away and many guests return . Jukasa motor Speedway is only 10 minutes. Ruthven National Park and 'Museum is only 5 minutes, many weddings are held here. The Grand River Cruises in Caledonia is 20 minutes. Cottonwood Mansion is near by and hosts many activities and events. Haldimand roads are mostly flat, great scenery, River and lake shore to follow for cyclist to enjoy. Haldimand County has many maps for information on trips. Fishing and boating are great on the Grand River and Lake Erie. Port Dover is only 30 minutes away. There is a great sandy public beach, lots of restaurants, and gifts shops. The Lighthouse Theatre is open from spring to fall and is very reasonable.
