Large home with 2 Large King size Bedroom Suites and a main floor Queen Suite. All bedrooms have a private bath. There is a 2nd floor family room with Queen sleeper sofa and private full bath and Basement Rec Room with 2 single sleeper sofas and full private bath. There are several outdoor seating areas - the front porch with social seating, the back deck with a grill, dining, sofa set and hot tub and finally the 2nd floor balcony walkout from the family room also with some seating. There are social areas yet lots of privacy, as well, as desired. It's ideal for those who enjoy both their privacy and social time.
Love hosting! This is my second property in Niagara on the Lake and it brings me great joy to be part of so many wonderful occasions such as multi generation family vacations, friend's trips, golf & tennis trips, bachelorettes and weddings. I keep my guests and their occasion in mind with all the additions I make to the house.
Its a quiet part of town yet just 3 blocks from Queen St with restaurants, shops and theatre. From the front porch, you will see the occasional neighbor walking by and even deer stepping out from the ravine in the backyard.
