We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program. ✅ Rental agreement A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released. We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Height clearance for the underground parkade is 7 feet. Pack & Play: Free with 24 hrs notice. After check-in requests: 75 CAD delivery fee. An overnight supervisor will be on site to support guards & guests, and respond promptly to concerns. NOTE: - There is active construction on a neighboring property to the south of the building that can affect the view and patio use - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the Unit - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need. - Pets are not permitted.
