Furnished condo with one bedrooms. Ideal set up for daily, weekly and monthly guests who are working in or visiting Edmonton. Full kitchen, furnished living room and bathroom. Situated on the 1st floor facing North and walkout balcony. Great place for any working professionals or travelers. Edmonton Expo, Commonwealth Stadium and LRT are walking distance, restaurants and grocery shopping located next to condo building. Fully furnished with Smart TV in Living room. Computer desk and chair. Lots of space. Crib or high chair can be made available if sufficient notice is given, stored offsite. Please confirm availability. Elevator at main entrance and stairs from side door. 5 minute drive to Downtown. BBQ on deck, fridge, freezer and lots of guest storage. Portable Air Conditioner in bedroom, 3 speed, low noise and self evaporating.

Neighborhood info

The location was selected due to the proximity to the Commonwealth Stadium, LRT and grocery shopping. Downtown is only 1 LRT stop away and Rogers Place is 2 stops. LRT connects U of A, Grant MacEwan, and NAIT. Easy access to Wayne Gretzky drive, HWY16 and downtown. Condo faces North into the Northlands land reserve. Very quite with large mature trees.
