“Property as described. Quiet, comfortable stay for some personal business while in Saskatoon. Met all my needs for the duration of my visit. Owner was prompt to respond when I had a single remaining question upon arrival.”

Enjoy absolute comfort at a reasonable price in this home where your needs are met and your comfort is assured. This is a one bedroom basement suite, with a full kitchen and a fully equipped bathroom. The bedroom boasts of a queen sized bed, a night stand with lamp, a full standing mirror and an organizer wardrobe. The living room contains a smart 50 inch tv with Netflix, You tube, DAZN and other stations to keep you entertained. It also contains loveseat and coffee table. The suite also a full kitchen with microwave oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots, cutleries etc. The apartment contains a washer, dryer, ironing board, iron and a laundry room. There is also a 4 piece bathroom with body wash driers etc. provided.
Close proximity to Brighton Market Place where we have The Stoke Centre, Landmark Cinemas, A&W, Tim Hortons, Safe on foods, Dollarama, 7-Eleven, The Keg, Brighton Dental, Brighton Eye Centre, Shoppers Drug Mart, Motion Fitness. You can practically get everything you want within about 5 mins drive. Straight route from downtown offices, The U of S through College Drive. You'll love it here
