This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and includes 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a heated garage, a large top-floor patio with breathtaking mountain views, and access to an outdoor pool and hot tub. 🏡 Property Layout Main Level (Entry): Private suite with queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette, dining area, and smart TV Separate exterior entrance through the garage, plus interior connection through the garage Second Level: Two spacious bedrooms- one with a king bed and the second one has a twin over queen bunk bed Two full bathrooms (one ensuite, one shared) In-suite laundry Top Level: Open-concept kitchen, dining & living area with vaulted ceilings Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook at home Dining table + kitchen island seating for 7 Large sectional with sofa bed and gas fireplace Half-bath powder room Expansive south-facing patio with panoramic Rocky Mountain views The building pool and hot tub is scheduled for maintenance and will be closed September 14, 2026 for one week (weather permitting).
