The neighborhood is quiet and nice. 10min driving to West Edmonton Mall 5min walking distance to park trail with beautiful water view. You can see Bever if you are lucky. It is really convenient to go shopping. 5min walking distance to Save on Food, Shoppers, Boston Pizza, Starbucks, McDonalds, DQ, RBC, TD, CIBC, BMO, HSBC, CO-OP gas station, hair studio, Q Nails. There’s a walk-in clinic and dental clinic within 5 minutes walking distance. 6min driving to Costco, River Cree Resort and Casino About parking, a new nice full size double detached garage is sitting behind the house, and, road side is free parking.
