Walk into our cozy cottage located within walking distance from beautiful lake Wabamun.
This is my first time as a host. I have owned this property for 13 years. We spent August and September 2021 doing renovations to create a warm relaxing space. I thought it was time to share the beauty of the area and I hope you are blessed by your stay in my cozy cottage. Enjoy your time. Please feel free to contact me for any questions you may have.
You are only 7 km to the town of Wabamun where there is a drug store, bar, grocery store, hardware store, gas station which has a convenient store, serves soft ice cream selections, restaurant, coffee shop Jingles on 52 serves a full menu. The yellow submarine walk in and order or call ahead, can sit outside, has large hard ice cream selection . There is a waterfront park that includes a spray park for the kids. The provincial park is located about 2.4 km east from Wabamun. This coming season starting in June through September is a farmers market in Wabamun. Seba beach is west of my cabin about 15 km. There are some restaurants, 9 iron grill & Patio at the golf course and RV Pub & Grill that has a breakfast buffet, open spring through September, as well a farmers market on Sundays which is seasonal as well. You can walk to the lake about 2 minutes from the cottage. You do have to cross the road and train tracks to get to my boathouse at the waters edge. Train comes often
