Hey there! We’re Mika and Kara – We set up this little slice of lake life to blend all the best parts of a Canadian cottage with the cozy comforts of home. With four young kids, we get the need to have a place where everyone can relax, unplug, and just enjoy being together. We’ve made so many wonderful memories here and are excited to share it with other families who want a spot to canoe, swim, roast marshmallows, and just simply unwind!

Downstairs features a cozy lounge with walk-out to the yard. Bathroom: Main floor bath with tub/shower combo—perfect after a swim or paddle. Outdoor Fun: Two staircases lead from the deck to the yard, which slopes gently to the lake. Enjoy lounging on the lakeside deck or making s’mores at the firepit. The water is shallow near the shore and deepens to 5–7 ft at the dock. Extras: Kids’ beach toys included. Public boat launch across the lake; additional launch nearby on Baptiste Lake. Guest Access: Guests have full use of the property. Other Things to Note: There are stairs and a gentle slope to the water.
