The Beltline is a great area of Calgary to be in! You have quick & easy access to a supermarket (Co-op) one block away, restaurants & bars along 17 Ave, parks, transit, downtown core. The neighbourhood is safe & walkable, across from a school, in a semi-residential area in the downtown area.
