Please note that our property is situated on a beautiful natural limestone ridge overlooking Georgian Bay. As a result, there are numerous stairs throughout the property, including a significant number of steps from the parking area to the main building, as well as additional steps leading from the building down to the waterfront dock.

While these elevations are part of what makes Dock 124's setting so unique, they may present challenges for some guests. Unfortunately, our property is not recommended for individuals with mobility limitations or medical conditions that make climbing or descending stairs difficult.

We encourage guests to consider this when booking to ensure they have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. If you have any questions about the property's accessibility, please don't hesitate to contact us before making your reservation.
