Waterfront cottage constructed in 2017, fully furnished offering all comforts of home. Located in a French Canadian rural setting; you will enjoy the natural beauty and tranquility of this private domain where people of all backgrounds and age are welcomed. Fishing, golfing, cycling trails, horseback riding, mini-put, boating and all Winter sports are easily accessible within minutes. Historical Quebec City is approximately 1 one hour by car. A local personal guide is available upon request.
You are very welcomed to contact us by phone, telephone numbers are provided in our cottage guide available on premises. Our home is in Mississauga. We spend our Summers and Xmas holidays at the cottage next door, which we have been doing for the last 30 years. You are welcomed to contact Mr. Alain Sénechal if you have any urgent needs and encourage you to meet our neighbours who are most pleasant and accommodating. You may also contact our local associates Marjolaine or Yvan who reside nearby. Contact information is provided in our cottage guide, available on premises. You are our welcomed guest in what my wife and I refer to as our paradise.
This house/cottage was newly built and furnished in 2017. We have taken extra steps to insulate all exterior and interior walls including ceilings to provide a higher level of comfort both for sound and temperature This location offers an environment where you can truly appreciate rural Quebec and it's local people. You will appreciate on clear evenings, a sky filled with stars and a spectacle of colours at sunrise and sunset. You are surrounded by traditional milk farms, maple sugar harvested forests and have access to several spectacular lakes in the immediate area. You also have close by access to most all outdoor activities Summer and Winter. You have easy access to larger centres for shopping outings and one hour away from historical Quebec City.
