Stylish and newly renovated, it has 2 bedrooms & 1 full bathroom. It boasts scenic views of the downtown skyline and the Calgary Tower from the sunroom/balcony, a fully stocked kitchen, and assigned parking. Whether you're here for business or family fun, this space puts you in the heart of it all. Secure underground parking included(Maximum vehicle height is 6.2 feet (1.89 meters) – please check your vehicle before booking. Portable AC is one bedroom only. 3 fans are available for use in other room and living/dining area Minut Noise monitoring device is added to monitor noise and smoking.
