Welcome to "El Chico," a condo located in the beautiful Saint-Roch neighborhood, on the 7th floor of a brand new building! Just 2 km from Old Quebec and the Plains of Abraham, "El Chico" offers a fully equipped condo with air conditioning and two bedrooms. You will also have access to a rooftop terrace equipped with a BBQ and a pool. Enjoy a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, and a sofa bed, accommodating up to 6 guests. A gym and lounge area are accessible at all times. Access to the condo is autonomous, and all communication will be conducted via electronic messaging. We are fully available to answer any questions you may have.
