If you are considering a longer stay (20–29 nights)! Please review the following policies carefully before booking:
Cancelation Timeline for Monthly Bookings:
| Full Refund: Cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 60 days before check-in
| 50% Refund: Cancel 30–59 days before check-in
| No Refund: Cancel within 30 days of check-in
High Season Policy (June 15 – September 30 & Holiday Periods):
| A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
| Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
| All other cancelation terms remain the same, however, the 25% deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Additional Terms:
| Cancelation Fee: A 3% payment processing fee applies to all cancelations.
| Security Deposit: A refundable damage deposit of $500–$1,000 is due at time of booking. It will be returned within 7 days of check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of terms.
