We are a family-run small business is Prince Edward County operating our short-term rental business since Fall 2022. Fancie's PEC is our one and only accommodation and we take a lot of pride in offering a unique and unforgettable experience for anyone looking to escape to Prince Edward County for any length of time!

Our cozy two bedroom suite is the perfect place for guests to relax and unwind in Prince Edward County. During your stay take in the gorgeous views of the Bay of Quinte and enjoy the spectacular sunsets. Other amenities include: -Walking distance to local conservation area -Short drive to breweries, wineries, and restaurants -Two Smart TVs to connect to all streaming platforms -Coffee and Tea -Mini Fridge -Fire pit and outdoor activities (like kayaks) -Dedicated HVAC And so much more! 1 acre waterfront property with 5-person hot tub, boat launch, water access, large deck, dock, and natural stone patio with fire pit. The suite has 2 bedrooms with a private ensuite bathroom and private entrance on the second floor. A great hotel-alternative with very similar amenities with a great sunset over the water! We are usually available to help our guests with any questions or needs during their stay. There is usually always someone on site to help and we communicate very well with all guests.
