Welcome to Fancie's PEC! Our property is a boutique accommodation in Prince Edward County offering 5 guest suites offering direct access to The Bay of Quinte. When you book this suite you get a waterfront view overlooking the Bay of Quinte, our dedicated guest kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, a common dining/living room and sunroom with waterfront views, and a suite with hotel-style amenities (mini fridge, coffee station, smart TV, dedicated thermostat, and linens/towels). Don't forget to enjoy our outdoor amenities which all of our guest have access to (including our 5-person hot tub)! Other Information: -We have a conservation area within walking distance at the end of our street (Massassauga Point Conservation Area) -Bay of Quinte (Direct water access) -LCBO/Gas Station/Vegan Grocery/Butcher/Pizza/Drug Store (8-10 minutes driving, you will see everything as you drive by the Rossmore plaza) -20-30 minutes away from most wineries, breweries, and major attractions in PEC -10-15 minutes to most amenities in Belleville If you are coming to the County for the first time or need some recommendations on what to do while you are here please reach out as soon as you book your stay with us so we can help! 1 acre waterfront property with boat launch, water access, large deck, dock, and natural stone patio with fire pit. The suite has 1 bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom and private entrance on the second floor. A great hotel-alternative with very similar amenities with a great sunset over the water! We are usually available to help our guests with any questions or needs during their stay. There is usually always someone on site to help and we communicate very well with all guests. If we are not on site to help we are available via messaging.

The property is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood with a conservation area (Massassauga Point Conservation Area) about 200 meters away. The neighbourhood is easily accessible via motor vehicle.
