Spacious living room to relax by the gas fireplace, office desk, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, 3 TV's & cable, WiFi, south-facing deck with gas BBQ, washer/dryer. 1 x covered parking stall (max 7'6"/2.3M) & on street parking. Outdoor hot tub & fitness room. Dog friendly; non-smoking The first floor includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, half bathroom, laundry room, and outdoor patio. An interior set of stairs leads to the 2nd floor, where guest can enjoy the main bedroom and second bedroom, each having their own private ensuite 4-piece bathroom and TVs. Please be aware the living room with sofa bed for additional guests is not blackout for people sensitive to light. We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc). We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason. LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk.
