Location, Location, Location. This 2 bedroom one bathroom basement suite is close to many major institutions and facilities. Market mall is right cross 32 ave., you can find Tims, Starbucks, Safeway, Boston Pizza, Milestone etc. and a big food court to take care of your tummy. U of C is 1500 meters away. Children's Hospital -- 1600 meters away Foothill Hospital and Tom Baker Cancer Centre -- 7 mins driving. Olympic Park -- 10 mins driving. Bowness Park -- 11 mins driving. Easy to get to 16 ave to Canmore, Banff, East coast. This location saves your travel time.
