Get the best of 4 worlds! The Sea, the Forest, the Slopes, the Comfort: Walk down 10 min to "our" beach for beach combing or relaxation. Our house is surrounded by huge Fir and Maple trees. Indulge in Forest Bathing, taking in the forest with all your senses. Mount Washington is a prime destination for skiing as well as for hiking, and only 20 minutes away. This is Glamping pure! While enjoying all aspects of the outdoors, you stay in an executive style home all by yourself.
The "cottage" is a 3 bedroom home of 2,000 sqft, with Queen size beds, one en suite bathroom and two main bathrooms just newly built or renovated in April 2022, in a bright architecturally unique house with many windows and sky lights, with a 1,300 sqft deck, fully equipped kitchen and large living area. This home sleeps up to six. Inge and Jurgen successfully ran a B&B for 11 years prior to moving to the countryside. They fell in love with this place and started all over again. For 10 years they were #1 for B&Bs in Campbell River on Tripadvisor. They now build upon this experience and their profound knowledge of the area and look forward to welcome many former and new guests. They live in a separate suite attached to the rental home.
Several golf courses invite you, you may enjoy local spas, wine tasting at James Cameron's Beaufort Winery 2 miles away, and top restaurants in Comox, Courtenay and Campbell River! Forest by the Sea Rentals is a beautiful 2,000 sqft home on a 2.5 acres forest site. It is rural but only 15 min away from the villages of Comox and Courtenay and 35 min from Campbell River, the Salmon Capital.
