We, Will and Laura Feenstra along with our family, are the new owners of the world-class Inverhaugh Cricket Club. We recently purchased the property in October 2018. Will is a youth pastor and counselor who works along side youth that are troubled with anxiety and depression. He sits with them along the river banks and encourages them with the hope that can be found when things surrounding them are peaceful. Laura has a interior design diploma and loves creating a romantic and peaceful atmosphere for her guests. Combining their two passions has led them to this property and the unique idea of re-purposing shipping containers into gorgeous, romantic suites that our guests can relax and unplug from the noisy world and just breathe. Our goal is for our guests to not just have a nice stay but an experience.

Our self-catering property is an one of a kind experience. We are the perfect blend, of being away but also home for couples looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. Each suite has their own private patio complete with a a Sundance spa hot tub, BBQ, and a bistro set. When you enter each suite you will notice it has been a tastefully decorated to honour the towns they are named after. Relaxation is our goal enjoy a glass of wine in your own hot tub while watching a stunning sunset over the Grand River. No concrete jungle here conservation land is the backdrop to your windows. During the day take advantage of all the outdoor activities such as; the premium fly fishing location, a six hole golf putting green, and a rare grass tennis court and so much more. Plenty of outdoor sitting areas are available all around the property and enjoy the view from the silo turned gazebo tower overlooking the 7+ acres.

Just a short 4 minute drive to the picturesque village of Elora, ON. So much to do and see in Elora, shop at the local shops, enjoy fine dining, sit on a pub patio, watch the horse racing at the slots or visit the restored Elora Mill and Spa, zipline over the Elora Gorge. If you are still looking for more we are 12 minutes to Fergus, ON for the Fergus Scottish Festival and Templin Gardens and all the local shops and dining experiences this Scottish town has to offer. The St Jacob's Farmers Market is a 20 minutes drive, with the St Jacob's Country Playhouse to entertain you with live performances all year round. The world’s largest Maple Syrup Festival is just a short drive to Elmira, ON the local maple syrup treats will excite the kid in you.
