Perfect for families and groups, this waterfront retreat features an open-concept living space, a screened-in patio, and breathtaking river views. Sleeps 8 3 Queen Bedrooms 1 Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds Highlights Waterfront views Screened-in patio Fire pit & fireplace Indoor & outdoor games Floating island inflatable (summer use; children must be supervised) Good to Know The driveway is very steep. AWD/4x4 or quality winter tires are recommended in winter. Guests are responsible for any towing or recovery costs. As this is a woodland property, occasional insects or mice may be present despite regular pest control. Guests are responsible for following New Brunswick fishing and hunting regulations. A pre-authorization hold will be placed on the booking card at check-in and released within 72 hours after checkout, provided there is no damage.
