He was a couturier. Not a great runway designer, but a craftsman of everyday life, one who mends life one stitch at a time, with patience, precision, and tenderness. With his skilled hands, he sewed clothes, but above all, memories forever woven into hearts. We, his daughter and son, wanted to make this cabin in his image: simple, warm, full of life and memory. His presence is very much alive. On the walls, you will see a few photos of him, a genuine smile, his gaze focused on his work. In his small workshop, he transformed fabrics into keepsakes: a ball gown, a suit for a first job, curtains sewn for a new home… Each stitch was a testament to love, each creation a story. His hands knew how to repair more than clothes—they knew how to soothe. In a corner stands his sewing machine, almost a century old, a faithful companion from his creative days. It no longer works, but it watches over this place, a witness to an era, to know-how, and to a discreet but profound love.
