Here is our offer: - Sleeping rooms - 1 BIG common kitchen, equiped with several amenities, TV, siting area, dining table and protection cameras to avoid vandalism. - 1 bathroom on room level, 1 wahshroom in the basement, all shared - 1 backyard balcony - where smoking is allowed You have access to : - 1 chill area, with seats, tv (put your own things), a public computer - access through the kitchen - Laundry room, in the basement, to wash/dry or to pick fresh bedsheets, towels, pillow case ... - access through the kitchen - Garden, outside, for barbecue, sitting, enjoying the fire corner (in the garden of at the back of the garage) - access through the kitchen
