In a beautiful Canadian house. River in the back. Large lot with mature trees. Relaxed assured sitting in a hammock. Beautiful sunsets. Presence of a great heron and wild ducks who visit us occasionally. We also have three domestic ducks roaming free. Safe campfire on the edge of the river. You can sleep well because you will have, among other things, two very comfortable queen beds and a sofa bed. The house is located at the entrance of the city but still close to the city center (5 minutes by car). You will have the pleasure of being 5 minutes walk from Lake Bulstrode to observe the snow geese during their fall migration break. Also, for bike enthusiasts, the Victoriaville bike path (84 km total) is easily accessible and it joins the green route which is the largest bike route in North America. Whether you have the pleasure of coming to Victoriaville for relaxation, work or leisure, it is certain that you will find exactly what you're looking for!
I am a Saguenay girl in exile in Victoriaville for more than 20 years. I love life and nice people. My little family and I (my spouse, my daughter and my boy) take advantage of our free time to go camping, cycling. Life in central Quebec is mild, the climate is more temperate and people are welcoming. You can relax at La Maison des Ébouliss by taking advantage of the backyard, hammocks, campfire ... We are waiting for you .. As what people say about us, we love to receive! You will find tranquility and you will be close to a bike path that goes around Lake Beaudet and gives access to the entire cycling network. there is a park 2 minutes from here and water games for children, rental of canoes, pedal boats and bicycles. Ice rink in winter and the same rink surface that is paved for summer hockey. You will be at 5 minutes from downtown.
You can embellish your stay by doing the antique route, participate in the gourmet walk (October), the triathlon of Victoriaville, Hello Spring (May), the various festivals, walk the trail trotters, admire the thousands of geese in Beaudet reservoir during Victo and its geese (October), agricultural exhibition (early August). Also, sports competitions and different tournaments may interest you. Of course, you can simply enjoy the place and the moment to relax.
