The property is located on a 46,000 square foot plot surrounded by nature and is close to the main road. There is a lake behind the house. Swimming is not permitted. There is a public beach and a playground a few minutes' walk from the house. There are no immediate neighbours, ensuring plenty of privacy without being isolated. The sunsets are amazing! citq 311451

Very calm, friendly and safe neighborhood. There is a small local grocery store (marché Milot) within a few minutes' walking distance of the house. You can find some very good prepared meals there. About a 10-minute drive away, there is a gas station as well as a family restaurant. (Le Routier) The national park of Saint-Henri-de-Taillon is also located nearby (32 km). ZEC des Passes, which is ideal for fishing and berry picking, is only about a 4-minute drive away. This location is a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts. The provincial snowmobile trails run right next to the house, making it an ideal place for snowmobilers. Nearby, there is also a snowmobile gathering chalet where riders often stop to warm up, meet other snowmobilers, and take a break along the trails.
