Forget your worries in this spacious and serene property. Located in the small town of Nominingue in the Laurentians. The property is laid out in a way to accommodate upto 14 guests comfortably all year round and has a private access to Lac Blanc. The 2 level family home features cathedral ceilings, fully equipped kitchen with an open concept dining & living room. On the main floor you will also find 2 master bedrooms with their private balcony as well the first full bathroom and 3rd bedroom. The lower level of the property is a where the property will amaze you! Aside from the additional 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and 2nd living room, the key selling point is the large game room! The area is designed to entertain your guests to the fullest - rain or shine! Board games, foosball table, basketball arcade game, and even a set of poker chips for adults!

Neighborhood info

Lying in the very heart of the Upper Laurentians, Nominingue is traversed by “Le P’tit Train du Nord” Linear Park, and is located just 30 minutes from Tremblant Resort, at the junction of Trans-Québec 63 and Provincial 319 snowmobile trails, near the Rouge-Matawin and Papineau-Labelle Wildlife Refuges. You can park around 6 cars comfortably in the courtyard/ driveway. The door has a code lock. All necessary info will be provided before your stay.
