Just 30 minutes from beautiful Quebec City! Le Cormoran is a peaceful place, surrounded by nature. Ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts! Hot tub, pool table, dream kitchen, luxury BBQ, games, and more. It has everything you need for a great family stay!
I give a hand to a few friends who want to sublet their apartment occasionally. I am very happy to listen to you and try to meet your needs to the best of my abilities! Whatever the apartment chosen, please know that I will do my best to make your stay in Quebec City as memorable as possible! Looking forward to it!
The house is located on the banks of the Montmorency River. Feel free to go for a walk (respecting the neighbors' property, of course). Enjoy the great outdoors in the mountains!
