Unplug, relax and enjoy a true connection with nature. Hike the well maintained trails of the 88 acres of parkland. Spend cozy evenings by the fire. Free Wi-Fi for remote work. Long stay discounts. Tracey, from Monreal originally, is a creative who uses her thatre design and art history experience to create her vision for Le Temps Perdu. Hermann is a retired professional equestrian who moved from Germany, creating a wonderfully natural environment for his 3 sport horses at Le Temps Perdu. We have welcomed guests to our 88 acres for the last 14 years and have enjoyed hosting people from all over the world!
This area of Ontario has a rich history. Many museums and architectural points of interests are within a short distance. The number of artists and artisans within a 25 km radius is astounding and the quality of workmanship is very high. Most studios are open to the public by appointment and we would be happy to guide you to some extraordinary shopping destinations. As Westport is located in 2 UNESCO World sites, the Rideau Canal System and the Frontenac Arch Biosphere it is unique in all of North America for this reason. At Le Temps Perdu we strive to promote awareness and appreciation for both our historical and ecological environments. We try to maintain a current connection to the local cultural and environmental programs that our community has to offer and are happy to pass that along to our guests if they wish.
