Description Spacious 4-bedroom cottage, approximately 2400 sq. ft bungalow with walkout basement to large fenced in yard, is only an 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive to Allenwood Beach. Surrounded by mature large trees and close to many amenities & attractions. Lots of hiking & biking trails nearby. Spacious living area and fully equipped large kitchen with access to rear, covered terrace, overlooking lower level back patio with large fenced in yard. Two full bathrooms (1 - 4 piece and 1 - 3 piece). Lower level features an open concept recreation room/games room with walkout to lower patio and laundry room. Fully Winterized & Central Air Conditioning. Location Allenwood Beach is on Georgian Bay, 1½ hours north west of Vaughan, 30 minutes from Collingwood and 30 minutes from Barrie. Condition of Rental No Smoking, No Pets, Maximum Occupants - 9, Bring own linens/pillows, Noise Restriction- 11:00 pm. Cottage Amenities -3 bedrooms main level (1 queen, 1 double, 2 twins) -1-bedroom lower level (1 queen, 1 single - single)
