This listing is the combination rental of both our Loft Suite and Walkout Suite. The Loft Suite is the primary rental unit. The Loft Suite default guest limit is 5 people including children (max 4 adult). The Walkout Suite default guest limit is 4 adults. Guests have full access to all outdoor amenities such as decks, yard and hot tub and sauna.

Executive acreage with 4000 square foot home just minutes from Sherwood park! Easy access off Highway 21 and quick connections to Highway 16, and Anthony Henday. We are 30 minutes or less to Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan and Edmonton International Airport.
