I am a retired IT Professional who happens to own this older but well-kept property in the centre of Winnpeg. I am taking very good care of it, loving and having my pride to serve my guests. I am trying everyday to do everything I possibly can to improve the facilities & service to serve. I am most of the time present onsite to respond to any inquiries and needs of those who come to stay on this property.

Small apartment & condo with queen bed+sofabed, kitchen, and full bath, Roku TV (upon request) - in the centre of Winnipeg, safe neigborhood, close to all such as bars, restaurants, farefood, bus stops, hospitals, Tim Hortons, Universities and in a good neighborhood. Distances from this location in Km: 8.0-Airport, 2.0 Downtown centre, 1.0-HSC Hospital, 0.5-Misericordia HSC 1.5km-UofW, 8.8-UofM, 3.9-PoloPark. Parking 4 cars but needed to confirm for availability when booking. Washer & Dryer in the building

The property is on Maryland Street and 2 houses north of Westminister Church and food fair, in between Sherbrook street where all conveniences, restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores .... and Wolsely area which has a good reputation as one of the best residential areas in downtown of Winnipeg. The location is central and close to hospitals, universities, shopping malls, churches, schools, parks, and many more.....
