Mountview Maison is house that has been converted into a duplex. This portion has three bedrooms and is the primary suite of the home. The three bedrooms and the bathroom are on the top level while the kitchen, dining and living area is on the first level. There is a central heating system.
We love to travel and hope to make our place your home while visiting Red Deer.
Mountview is a great location within Red Deer, close enough to enjoy the transportation benefits of 32nd Street and far enough away not to hear them. This is a quiet location with a 500 foot walk to buses to take you anywhere within the city. There is a large park behind the house with a soccer field, tennis courts, basketball court, outdoor ice rink (winter), a community hall if you want to rent for a family reunion, etc. , a fantastic outdoor gym (free to use), and a playground for the kids.
