COTTAGE NEAR PENINSULA LAKE / NATIONAL PARKS Welcome to this fabulous four season, 2 level, 3-bedroom, 120 sq m cottage in the well-renowned Huntsville area right in the heart of Muskoka cottage country. As you step into the Cottage, you are greeted with beautiful chic decor. The open concept kitchen/dining/living room is designed with modern farmhouse charm, featuring a granite fireplace, TV entertainment, contemporary appliances, and comfortable furnishings. The harvest table is beckoning for you to partake in a mid-day charcuterie. The primary bedroom has a modern semi-ensuite. The lower level has a second tastefully appointed bedroom, a 4-piece bathroom, laundry, foosball table, warm and inviting family room and fireplace with walk-out to a four-person sauna nestled in the trees. Outside has two large decks for relaxing and dining in the sun or shade. Here you will often see deer passing thru the property. The 74 sq m, Muskoka Hutt Lounge is the ultimate ‘Canadiana Style’ games area for family to spend time together. Whether you enjoy pool, shuffleboard, stick hockey table or board games, there is nothing but fun to be had in the lounge! Linens and towels are provided. To ensure a peaceful environment for everyone, we do not permit parties, gatherings, or events at the property. We welcome you to have up to two daytime visitors during your stay. During the winter months this property allows for instant skiing at Hidden Valley Resort with ski in and out capabilities.
