“There is a nice backyard that we were able to sit and relax in the sunshine after our long drive. There is an outside plug that we were permitted to plug in our hybrid to charge. Suite is nice and big and well outfitted and very clean.”

This is a newly renovated bright basement suite with all the amenities for your home away from home! There is also a suite in the upstairs of the home that is rented to short term guests as well. The house is quiet but not sound proof. Please be aware that there may be some noise from other guests and be courteous of upstairs guests as well. Quiet time in the house is from 11pm-7am and if there are ANY issues please let me know asap so that I can help.
I love gardening, golfing, reading, home renovations, biking, and my two cats :)
The house is in a quiet west side family neighbourhood, close to shopping, parks, lakes and the university. A large lot that backs on to a park and playground.
