When you're not indulging in the community's year-round hot tub or seasonal pool and tennis courts, you'll have your own deck, electric fireplace, and jetted bathtub to help you unwind after days spent in the great outdoors. As part of the North Creek Resort complex, this condo sits a quarter-mile from the base of the Weider Express High-Speed Lift at Blue Mountain Resort and less than a mile north of Blue Mountain Village. The resort's free shuttle bus even stops at the complex, allowing you to easily reach the dozens of shops and restaurants that await in the Village. This area is a magnet for summer activity as well, whether you go swimming and kayaking at Northwinds Beach on South Georgian Bay one mile north or tee off at one of the five golf courses within a 12-mile drive, including Monterra Golf one mile down the road. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. Charcoal is not provided for the shared grill. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
