Located in the famous Saint-Roch neighborhood and just a quick 10 minutes walk from the Old Québec, you will be in the center of an animated neighborhood day and night. There's little local restaurant, well renowned adresses, brewries, specialized grocery, SAQ (liquor stores), all from a walking distance making Saint-Roch a place that foodies seekout. The neighboor is alive and occupied by diversed poeple (offices, shops, resident, non-profit organization for margenalized population, tourists). It is that cohabitation and diversity that make Saint-Roch a central point of Quebec City. **Even though there's a population of marganalized poeple in the neighboor, Saint-Roch is very safe (as is Quebec city in general) !
