This beautiful new home is the first situated on the shore of Payne Lake just outside of Mountain View, Alberta and within 10 minutes from the entrance to Waterton National Park. Perfect for a couple wanting to get away or a large family gathering for a week or two. Close to other attractions like Cardston, Fort Macleod historical fort and Head Smashed in Buffalo Jump, and Castle Mountain ski resort. Summer water activities are ideal outside your back door and this lake also is a popular site for ice fishing in the winter. Wooded areas are within walking distance as well. Please inquire regarding additional visitors and relevant fees. This property is available in 2 separate suites - the UPPER floor with 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8, has a full kitchen, a spacious living room, two full baths and patio access from the master bedroom). The LOWER suite has 4 bedrooms (sleeps 8, has standard kitchen amenities, 1 and 1/2 bath). Book separately or RESERVE BOTH FLOORS for larger groups with a 20% discount from the total (which you'll be refunded when you reserve and complete both bookings). You'll love the spacious interior and large picture windows facing the lake and mountains
