Great shower, fully equipped kitchen, sitting room has DVD and a pull out couch, as well as wireless internet. . You will love the screened in sun porch! Complimentary canoe & paddle boat also available. Note: This is a cottage and linens are not included ( sheets, towels and pillow cases). We understand that this is not practical for one or two night stays so Redfish will provide linens if necessary for a one time fee that can be paid on arrival ( 25) Lots to do in the area with several golf courses, Gananoque Casino, and of course the 1000 Island Boat Cruise. Susan and I are looking forward to your arrival . You can check in anytime after 2:00pm. Upon arriving at 119 Oakel St in Lyndhurst ,there is a laneway just past the house . Drive down the laneway to your cottage # . You can unload and then park off to the side. The key is inside on the wall. The wi-fi info is also posted on the wall. Garbage bags, tissue paper and paper towels are all provided but if you're short just let us know. If by chance you run out of propane there is usually a full tank beside the garage by our house. There are canoes and paddle boats at our dock that are complimentary. Life jackets are also at the dock in a large plastic container. There is also a beach close by that you can walk out quite far at Kendrick park that would be a nice afternoon outing. Kendricks Park is about a 10 minute drive There are some good hiking trails in the area. One trail at Blue Mountain is a 10 minute drive You can fish off the dock. We are on the edge of the village which makes it nice to be able to walk into town and visit "Wings" which is a great bait shop for fishing Hope this helps. Petra's Chip Wagon and Kays chip wagon are both close by as is "The Post" for fast food If you give a days notice Chef Sandra who lives close by that will make dinner and deliver Briarlea Farms and Wendy's Country market also have great take out foods such as lasagna. Annick Rousseau who lives around the corner owns a donkey farm that makes for an interesting outing for kids but Annick also does Terra Card Reading that you can arrange for her to come to the cottage and do the reading.
