This beachfront property offers access to a patio and free private parking. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linen are provided in the holiday home. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. For guests with children, the holiday home provides outdoor play equipment. Enjoy the fall foliage in this cozy cottage located right on the Nashwaak River with beautiful views. Open floor plan, sunroom, outdoor deck, fire pit. Stairs down to swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, tubing. Step out the door to hiking, biking, and recreational vehicle trails leading to the Trans Canada Trail. Thank you to everyone who stayed with us in 2022 and gave us valuable feedback. We listened. For the 2023 season, opening May 1st, we will make several upgrades to the property. The following are just a few: *The master bedroom will now have a queen-sized bed. *The kitchen counters will be replaced to butcher block. *There will be a dedicated work area/desk in the sun-room overlooking the river. More improvements to come! Hope to see you on the river
