Completely renovated cottage located in the outer suburbs of Montreal, in a well established, quiet area, overlooking the river with a backyard giving access to the magnificent river view park. This house has a 4-season sunroom on the first floor, as well as a large rooftop terrasse overlooking the river and park, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This cottage offers plenty of space and is divided into two levels (excluding basement). On first floor, you can find a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, a living room, and a nice family room/sunroom overlooking the river and park, a powder room with washer/dryer. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor, including a huge master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom, walk-in, a patio door access to the terrasse to enjoy the views. The other two bedrooms with Queen beds, and a second beautiful bathroom are also on the same floor. Equipped with central heating and A/C system. In summer a beautiful swimming pool dug in the backyard to let you enjoy the good weather and the landscape. Free parking places can accommodate 6 cars. Before you book, we kindly remind you read below House Rules and confirm your acceptance: - Please Follow The Quiet Hours 11PM To 7AM. Keep Noise To A Minimum After 11PM. - No Shoes Within The House. Place Your Shoes In The Closet On The Left As You Enter The Unit. - There Shall Not Be Any Kind Of Smoking Inside The House. Extra Cleaning Fees To Remove Odor And Stains Will Be Applied. - No Exception To Check-In And Check-Out Times Unless Discussed With The Host In Advance.
