Welcome to our stunning, Rustic A-Frame with Hot Tub, Fire pit, and BBQ. Comfy & Cozy A-Frame cottage is a mid century dream with big windows; tons of natural wood finishes with ample parking and nestled among the trees. Perfect place to wake up in the nature & spend a weekend with friends / family. Awake refreshed & ready for the day. Relish your morning coffee on the deck watching the sun rise & hearing birds chirping. Enjoy the evening by the fireplace in the living room then soak in a bubbling hot tub in the back. End you day watching your favorite movie in the movie room. - STRICTLY NO PARTIES, NO EVENTS, NO SMOKING/WEED/DRUGS - Guests are requested to bring their own propane tank for BBQ and wood for firepit. Propane tank at the cottage (if empty) can be used to exchange for a filled one at a near by store. Guest access - Guest manual has important information about your stay such as parking, check in information, wi-fi, house rules, etc. By booking, you agree to all the following house rules on the listing: Check-In Time: 4 PM Check-Out Time: 11 AM -NO smoking in the home, violating this rule will result in a 750 dollars fee to de-smoke the house. -We allow pets on a case-by-case basis. If you are bringing a pet, please let us know in advance. - Guest to get own dog bed & bowls. Any pet feces outside should be picked up immediately and disposed of responsibly. - Strictly no pets on any furniture. 200 dollars deep cleaning fee for violating house rule. - Guests agree to pay for any damage (to furniture/wood/wall etc.) by their pets. - Any missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the channel portal as part of our process. - Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbours to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund for your stay -Quiet Hours: 10 PM-8 AM. No loud music outside anytime -Any unauthorized guests will be charged an extra 100 dollars/guest/night
