Location, location, location!! Come enjoy our spacious and bright 1100 sq ft. corner unit condo with a king bedroom and private entrance where you can ski in and out during the winter months while being a few steps away from the famous pedestrian village where you can enjoy tons of restaurants, bars, shops, cafes and activities! You will love the location as it is close enough to walk but far enough for peace, quiet and relaxation! 5 minute drive to golf courses. Winter tires are mandatory to access the parking during winter conditions. SKI OUT (Conditions Permitting): When there is sufficient snow, take the Chalumeau trail and ski down to the Falaise parking lot. SKI IN: A walk of approximately 300-400 meters is required to reach the chairlift. BBQ is only available from May to October Wall-Mounted AC in the main room. No central AC. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process CITQ # 249900

Located in the heart of the famous Tremblant resort, you will find several shops, restaurants, many activities and of course, direct access to the number 1 ski and golf resort in eastern North America. You can access most amenities within walking distance and you also have access to a free shuttle to the pedestrian village just outside the condo.
