Spacious 2 bed, 1 bath basement apartment in an appealing environment. 5 mins drive to Niagara College, Welland Campus. 7 mins walk to Sobeys, Shoppers, Walk-in Clinic, Fast food and so on. Less than 15mins drive Welland Canal, parks and tourist sites. About 20 mins drive to Niagara Falls. Ideal for new immigrants, students, professionals and tourist.
