We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program. ✅ Rental agreement A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released. NOTE: - The air conditioning system is unavailable during the cooler months. - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear Inside the House - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need. - Pets are not permitted.
