Great AIR-CONDITIONED place with lots of room for fun! NEAR AIRPORT!! Only 6 KM from the Airport. Basic rental is for up to 6 persons and can be supplemented by others staying at extra cost. Extra bedding provided. Main floor has living room, family room, kitchen, nook for dining, laundry room, office and powder room. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, ensuite in master bedroom with jet tub, full bathroom, bonus room with toys. Deck has patio furniture which is available when it is not snowing. Cameras externally (front and back porch) for security purposes. Stay cool with central air conditioning. Enjoy streaming TV. Garage and basement excluded. Basement occupied by owners. Recently renovated, flooring in entire home is brand new along with painting of the house, Jan 2026. NO PARTIES OR GET TOGTHER'S PERMITTED IN THE HOUSE!

Quiet peaceful area in Martindale North East, with easy access to strip mall, banks and restaurants. A childrens park is around the corner! Saddletowne station is a C-Train light rail station in on the Northeast Line (Route 202). Well served by buses too!
