A clean, cozy, self contained suite located in East Vancouver's Hastings Sunrise offers you 3 bedrooms: queen, double, single, and 1.5 bathrooms. The kitchen and island are central in this property's spacious layout with full amenities: fridge, toaster, microwave, 2 burner cooktop, convection oven, Keurig coffee machine. Enjoy two sitting rooms, one with a piano from the 50's. 1 queen bed in master bedroom + closet+shelving unit -ensuite with sink, toilet, soap, towels 1 double bed in 2nd bedroom + closet 1 single bed in den + computer, desk, chair 1 full bathroom, shower, tub, toilet, sink -soap, towels, hair products, body wash 1 kitchenette with island and stools for 4 [an extra stool is in the laundry room] 1 sitting room with couch and 2 chairs, coffee table + large TV 1 sitting room with piano, reclining chair and closet Included at no extra charge are parking, laundry, WIFI, TV (Netflix, Prime), food items - everything you need to have a great stay in Vancouver!

*Google Maps is a great resource to find out exactly where in Vancouver you want to be. In the spring and/or summer, take a 5-10 minute walk to Playland + PNE, the Hastings Horse Track, New Brighton Park + Pool or Empire Field. A 1-minute drive and you're on the 2nd Narrows Bridge heading to North Vancouver; West Vancouver, Whistler, Ferry Terminal are also in this directions. Veering off to the right will take you to Burnaby, or Richmond and the Airport. Stroll or rent a bike along Hastings, or two blocks up the street is the bus stop that will take you downtown in 20 minutes. Commercial Street is about a 10 minute drive, Kitsilano is 30 minutes. Shop for grocery items and great produce at Donald's Market Eat at Tacofino, Sushi Nanaimo, Fresh Slice, Thai Away Home, It's Ok and many more. The Broughton and Blind Rabbit to have a drink. Or the Roundel, Red Wagon, Yolks, Breka Bakery for breakfast/brunch.
