⚠️ House Rules & Other Things to Note : We kindly ask that all guests read the house rules below before booking: - Guest Registry: As required by Niagara-on-the-Lake bylaws, all guests must complete the Guest Registry Form upon arrival. (We’ll send a QR code link.) - No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted at any time; Guests may be asked to vacate the property without a refund if a disturbance or noise complaint occurs. - No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the home. Additional cleaning fees may apply if residual odours are detected after checkout. - For safety reasons, BBQ grilling and EV charging are not permitted. - Exterior doorbell camera: There is a doorbell camera at the front door outside the home. No recording devices inside the property. - Please remove shoes when entering the cottage. - To help keep the cottage pest-free, please seal and store any strong-smelling or pest-attracting food in the refrigerator, and do not leave food out on the counters overnight. - We do our best to prevent bugs, but guests might still see occasional seasonal insects, especially in warmer months. - Please keep your valuables safe.
