Located in the beautiful community of Windsong, The Jade Place is a spacious, peaceful, and family-friendly suite; great for getaways, vacations, or work in a quiet space. The Jade Place is 100m from a kids playground/park, a 10-minute walk to the Coopers Promenade - a shopping complex with several restaurants (McDonalds, DQ, The Pizza Place, Moody's Mediterranean etc.), grocery stores (Save On Foods, Shoppers Drug Mart etc.) as well as Health and Wellness places (Aspire Chiropractic and Wellness, Coopers Dental, Tooth Pals). This suite is new and pristine and was completed in Dec 2021, one of the newest apartments in the city. Our guests are guaranteed a comfortable stay in a beautiful serene space in the large basement of the suite. As Google has not updated its Street view of this new community in over 5 years, the Street View on Google does not accurately represent the area. However, the map will provide accurate directions to the place.
A Family man, small business owner and a Senior Security Professional, Rukevwe takes hospitality very seriously. This is why the apartment is furnished like a home away from home, and privacy is 100% guaranteed. This is a beautiful, extremely clean, and quiet neighborhood. It is only a 19-minute drive to the Calgary Airport and a 3-5 minute drive from shopping complexes and stores, including Walmart, SaveOnFoods, and several restaurants.
